“We found soldiers who are willing to talk about their problems be it PTSD, be it TBI, on camera. And we don’t edit that very much…These soldiers actually get on, talk about their experiences and we find that’s a better way to communicate…Peer to peer talking lets soldiers tell soldiers that it’s okay to ask for help when you are suffering from PTSD.”
“We’re just about on all the social media networks, twitter, youtube…It’s interesting to get negative feedback because government entities don’t get that very much…but generally the negative feedback is what we’ve been using to improve the product and it’s helped us very much.”
