“Change is coming to the VA. After three years of historic funding, the VA offers access to new educations benefits, housing assistance and top notch quality health care and much more…One of the most widespread and pressing problems may no longer be deficient care for veterans, but a lack of clear coordinated outreach to tell them what is available. The VA estimates that out of 25 million living veterans, fewer than 8 million are enrolled in VA programs.”
